Your complete legal name, valid email address and other required information are a must for the successful completion of the signup process.

The responsibility of maintaining the privacy and security of your account lies with you. Catalog Bar will not be held liable for harm, damage and loss that results due to your failure to protect your account login credentials, including password.

For all your account related issues, updates and system updates Catalog Bar will be contacting you via email.
You are responsible for all contents posted, updated and activities performed under your account.

Service and Fee Policy Changes

Catalog Bar has complete authority to update, change any of its service structure, modify it or discontinue it with or without notifying it to any of its users, at any time for any reason. The list of services and features might be changed in the future as part of our refinement process. New features included into the service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Termination and cancellation of contract:

The responsibility of proper cancellation of your account lies only with you. You are free to cancel your account at any time with a one-month notice or as per terms of the contract. Account cancellation requests through phone or email will also be considered.

Refusal of Service and Business Relations:
Catalog Bar reserves the right to cease support and/or terminate business relations in instances of libel, defamation, abuse, or harassment. Catalog Bar will terminate all support and business relations in instances of software piracy. This includes, but is not limited to “cracked”, “nulled”, or otherwise unlicensed versions of Catalog Bar.

Illegal Distribution:

If our product is found to be stolen, distributed without permission, illegally obtained, or if the users of this software are found to be breaching any of the terms herein, the Licensor has the unconditional right to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
